"Customization" of apparel means that we are able to change the color of the shirt, as well as the size- up to 6XL. However, it does NOT mean that we can change the design of the decal itself. If you would like a name or number on your apparel, we have standard white or black letters and in order for us to do this, you MUST contact us first.
It is your responsibility to provide a correct phone number and email address so that we are able to contact you if need be.
I Love Duluth has a NO REFUND, exchange only policy. Must have receipt and tag attached to clothing for exchange. Customer has the option to take store credit, in place of an immediate exchange. There is no expiration date for the store credit.
No refund or exchange on swimsuits as well as merchandise that has been damaged or worn.
We are a local Mom and Pop store. We package and fulfill your orders by hand. We are human and sometimes we make mistakes. If you do not receive your order in a timely manner or it is filled wrongly, we do apologize and we will try our best to fix it. We know you spend your hard earned money at our online store and we appreciate it. However, we do ask that you please be patience with us.
